Kickstarting the 2010 16 Days Campaign

Its that time again - when all of us at Prajnya go into overdrive as we plan this year's edition of the 16 Days Campaign against Gender Violence.

It is my happy task to introduce this year's Campaign Coordinator, Namitha Joseph. We literally "ambushed" Namitha the day she landed in Chennai and we're thrilled to have her on board with us.

Namitha has a Masters in Social Work from Nirmala Nikentan in Mumbai. She has worked on projects on trafficking and sexual violence, particularly looking at the latter in the context of health care and hospital administration.
